  • The side section. It used to be horizontal but I decided that if I wanted to add more categories doing this sideways would be much better in the long run.
  • Dark mode by default (removed light mode)
  • Custom art and stuff
  • Devlog section for documentation
  • Back button for blog/devlog posts
  • Added more responsiveness overall
• Also I had to go through LOTS of code refactoring internally & removed lots of dead code. i got help from gemini CLI (gemini-3 model) which ran over my entire codebase. i think it removed like 1/4 ~ 1/5 of code

Pixel art

It was a VERY long time since I've done pixel art, but I really wanted to customize my website with personal art. I downloaded pixsquare in my iPad and watched a random 30-min tutorial on YT and just started drawing right away.

I made this cute lil animation (although idt it's that visible )

I had so much fun xD I still have many plans (add more widgets, more custom art, books section, etc) but I'll hold on to those ideas for now and focus on other important projects.
